Not a single action has been authorized throughout these years. Courts have been rubber-stamping decisions against participants of LGBT actions however none of the homophobes who attacked them has been charged. On October 21st, 2010, the European Court for Human Rights ruled that Moscow Gay Pride bans were illegal. It was the first case on violation of right of assembly as well as the first case on violation of LGBT peoples rights in todays Russia. In some Russian regions new homophobic laws banning gay propaganda were passed. E-mail: cnf@narod.ru
